Wrestler's Name: Jimmy (or ‘J’) Kross
Real Name: James Cross
Height: 6’1
Weight: 275lbs
Hometown: Philadelphia
Age: 25
Physical Appearance: Very similar to Rhyno: Long black hair with black gloves, black half-shorts and black boots. All of his ring attire is painted with 2 white vertical stripes running adjacent to each other.
Gimmick: The king of suplexes, much like Tazz; an accomplished technical wrestler. Immensely strong and incredibly temperamental too.
Wrestler's History: Started his career as a boxer and carved out a fairly illustrious career for himself. However at the tender age of 23, after numerous concussions that some say contribute to his temperament today, Kross decided that boxing wasn’t really his forte’ and as such sought out greener pastures.
After leaving boxing he found getting a job difficult, and in the financial fallout he was given little choice but to spend the next few years training and working on his body. 2 years passed and he continued to live on a shoe-string budget. Lacking a proper education and knowing only how to make money with his fists his determination to one day make a living from his physical skills eventually lead him to consider a career in the squared circle, and after almost 2 years of solid training he was finally offered a job with the WpW.
Move style: Technical / Powerhouse
Finisher: Kross Exploder – A modified Vertical Exploder
Signature Move(s): Kriss Kross Lock – Scorpion Death Lock
Belly to Belly Snap Suplex
Multiple Vertical Suplexes
Stalling Vertical Suplex
Flying Powerbomb (from top rope)
Massive Clothesline
Quote: Doesn’t say too much, just tends to put his head through things.
Theme Song: Devil in a Midnight Mass – Billy Talent
Picture Base: Rhyno.
Ring Entrance: ‘Devil in a Midnight Mass’ by Billy Talent starts up and as the song breaks white pyros blast up in all directions from the stage, and as the sparks fly Jimmy Kross leaps through the blanket of white flame, his arms raised in celebration. As the pyros fade the lights start to flash black and white and Kross makes his way down to the ring, a sly grin on his face suggesting that he’s looking forward to doing some damage. He slides under the bottom rope and as he stands he grips the top rope with one hand and pulls on it - stretching.
