RR: First off I would like to thank you all for coming here tonight, last minute! And I we should just cut to the chase on this WPW has entered into a new Pay Per View Agreement with Home Box Office Pay Per View to distribute 2 Pay per views for this year! This deal calls for HBO to provide Cable and Satellite providers one in May and the other in November !
Press: Right now WpW 88 is only cleared in 10 percent of markets, why just pay per views and not on HBO!
RR: We are taking on step at a time on this! We will clear more markets we will improve out buyrates and move forward with WPW Programing! I have some meetings set up, and currently we are looking at putting together a booking team getting more wresters under contact and last but least bringing back Elevation and using Goldpush as it was meant to be a free pay per view on wpw 88!
Press: Michael , how is HBO involved!
ML: Basically, We provide the Sitcom links and clear the channels , you wouldn’t even know HBO is involved expect for the opening! Let’s make this clear HBO is distributing the pay per view, we are not putting it on any HBO channels!
RR: Right now I would like to introduce you to Samantha Starr who will go over the details of this Pay Per View!
SS: Wrestival IV will be held at the Staples Center in LA on May 27 2012 the main event will be the Roy Lee Rumble with Open signups and who ever wins it will become the new WPW World Champion! Along with a Big Gold championship match of the champion Jhonny Jester vs Marquee vs Robbie Milano
RR: may I add that that last match is rewarding 2 of the hardest workers of last year and Johnny Jester is the current Big Gold champ we are not talking away belts because of our Hiatus! However we are phasing out the Tag belts and the Continental belt Sebastian was the last Continental champion and if he so choses he would be awarded a Big gold shot at the winner since we don’t punish people in WPW! Ok Folks that’s it for now, we have a lot of work ahead of us expect a another press conference in a few days to talk about our TV Future!!!
